Global Powerhouse in Real Estate-led-Wealth Management
Blessed with visionary foresight, Dr. Rajanya Ravasia leads transformative wealth management and diversification strategies through strategic leveraged investments in premier global real estate markets. Dividing his time between the UK and India, he remains a highly sought-after Wealth Management Advisor to international HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals) via his two companies – Adventum Wealth and Mutual Capital. A generational entrepreneur, he has carved a distinct space in the realm of high finance by blending innovation, technology, and a prudent ‘low risk, medium return’ philosophy.
Ravasia embarked on this path driven both by moral conviction and a deep-rooted family tradition of contributing back to society. Born in India, he acquired substantial expertise in negotiation and diplomacy upon joining the family business in 1997, where he was responsible for managing large-scale investments in family-owned real estate across Mumbai.
As fate would have it, in the early 1920s, Rajanya’s grandfather had acquired an expansive estate of over 2,000 acres in what is now considered part of metropolitan Mumbai. By the time Rajanya became involved, the family still held more than 600 acres—an enormous opportunity laced with equally formidable challenges. In response, he co-founded Terrapolis International Pvt Ltd in 1997 and, by 2010, had successfully consolidated his holdings into 5–7 sizeable land parcels. These were later entrusted to Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) and Marathon Nextgen Realty Ltd for long-term development over the next 15 years.
He worked in close partnership with the executive teams of India’s largest infrastructure and real estate companies and participated in two major government-funded initiatives – the Mumbai Urban Transport Project – II (MUTP-II) and the expansion of the arterial Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR) in collaboration with the state-owned Mumbai Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (MMRDA). The positive outcomes of these projects were substantial, benefiting the city’s infrastructure, individual landowners, and especially the homeless population.
Motivated by this impact-driven vision, Ravasia launched Adventum Wealth in 2013 with a singular focus: optimizing the real estate allocation of wealth portfolios. Rajanya and his team aim to highlight the importance of diversification, particularly in the realm of operational residential real estate in the UK, which holds immense value for Indian HNIs and family offices.

As an end-to-end real estate partner, the company identifies, acquires, finances, furnishes, and manages UK properties for its global clientele. To achieve this seamlessly, they’ve assembled a team of top-tier professionals—tax advisors, lawyers, mortgage experts, and bankers—who collaboratively develop bespoke, compliant, and effective strategies tailored to meet individual client goals.
Adventum’s greatest asset is its research-backed approach. With an in-depth understanding of tax laws and legal frameworks in both the UK and India, they guide investors through highly compliant and efficient investment structures and ensure premium asset selection, all underpinned by rigorous ethical standards.
“At Adventum, we take great pride in how we’ve scaled as a firm and are now preparing to establish a presence in Dubai shortly. This will enable us to expand our clientele while continuing to uphold our high standards of professionalism,” says Ravasia.
In 2021, Rajanya also co-founded Mutual Capital, offering the world’s first structured rent-to-buy solutions. According to him, wealth management is a critically essential tool that every HNI must leverage—for one simple reason: to inject objectivity and foster diversification away from their primary income source.
“As wealth managers, we frequently take on responsibilities like estate planning and intergenerational wealth solutions. A competent wealth manager relieves clients from the burden of complex financial decisions while building passive income avenues that complement their active business interests.”
Yet, the real hurdle lies in clients’ unfamiliarity with foreign locations and legal environments. “Distance creates a psychological barrier, and convincing clients of the benefits of this diversified strategy is an ongoing challenge. Our mission is to offer low-risk, moderate-return investment opportunities. But clients often overlook the underlying risks of seemingly attractive alternatives. Thus, a significant part of our role is educating clients and understanding their psychology and financial maturity.”
This is something Rajanya has accomplished masterfully. His sharp business acumen and commitment have earned him the following accolades:
● Hon. Doctorate in Economics – European International University – Paris, 2023
● Entrepreneur of the Year – Prime Awards Dubai, 2022
● Hon. Doctorate in Advanced Studies (DAS) in Finance – Universidad Azteca, 2020
● Best International Offshore Solutions – International Real Estate Awards Mumbai, 2016
● Best Advisor – Accommodation Times, India, 2016
Recognized globally as an authority in wealth management, Rajanya offers this advice to aspiring professionals: “Treat others’ wealth with the same respect and care as you would your own. Patience and the power of compounding consistently outperform fast, speculative gains. Long-term thinking is the key to lasting success.”
